1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts concluded via ozdreamsites.com between OzDreamWalk and the customer.

2. Services

Creation and operation of websites per the selected plan (Tier 1 one-off; Tier 2/3 as a subscription with setup and a monthly fee).

3. Term and cancellation

Subscription plans (Tier 2/3) have a 12-month minimum term and renew unless cancelled with one month's notice before the end of the term.

4. Pricing and payment

The prices shown at the time of order apply. Payment is processed via Mollie.
